Doritos once again invites consumers to compete to have their own Doritos ad air in front of a television audience of millions during Super Bowl XLVIII, the pinnacle of television advertising.
Making this year bigger than ever, fans from all around the world are able to compete and one winner will be guaranteed to win $1 million in prize money! Additionally, this year’s winners will have the career-altering opportunity to work with Marvel Studios on the set of “Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron.”
To participate, get together your idea for a Doritos brand commercial to air during the broadcast of Super Bowl XLVIII. Make it bold. Make it action-packed. Make it funny. Make it something you’ve never seen before. It’s up to you. Just make it awesome.
Then, create and submit a 30-second spot featuring Doritos brand tortilla chips. Preferred packaging is red bag (e.g. Doritos Nacho Cheese flavor) or blue bag (e.g. Doritos COOL RANCH® flavor).
A qualified panel of judges, including executives from the Doritos brand, advertising professionals and the legendary Stan Lee of Pow! Entertainment — chairman emeritus of Marvel Studios and creator of such Super Heroes as Iron Man™, Spider-Man™ and others — will select five finalist ads. From there, the world will be invited to vote for their favorite.
